The Darrell Anderson Culinary Archives collection documents the history and development of culinary arts as a profession in the Pacific Northwest. It covers the history of local culinary organizations, the development of local culinary education, and the forging of links with national culinary organizations. The collection includes recipes, menus, photographs, cookbooks, and papers relating to the history and activities of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the Washington State Chefs Association (WSCA). Darrell Anderson, chef and culinary educator, donated this collection to Renton Technical College in 2005.
