RTC History: Library History

A guide featuring resources, photos, and documents with historical information about Renton Technical College and the RTC Library.

General Library History

The Renton Technical College Library was created by its first librarian, Eric Palo.  It used to consist of one small room in Building H!  Today, the large atrium of the library is located on the second floor of the Learning Resource Center in Building C.

Historical Interviews

The RTC Library has begun collecting historical interviews of previous staff members on its YouTube channel.  See the whole playlist of videos here.
