For students/staff/faculty, this yoga class welcomes all levels, focusing on the basics of yoga and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, the aim is to build confidence in your practice and encourage a personal approach to yoga for both physical and mental well-being.
Join an RTC Meditation Monday this May. Meet with other members of our community to stretch, connect and follow a guided meditation. No previous meditation experience necessary.
We encourage all members of our college community to attend and engage in these opportunities to help our mental health and wellness.
