The Maxine Williams Scholarship Fund provides educational assistance to deserving medical assisting students.

Escondido Plumber offers the Calischoice Scholarship Program to promote medical talent and skilled medical professionals. The scholarship offers financial support to help aspiring medical experts complete their studies with fewer monetary constraints.

Senior high school students planning on attending college right after high school and any student in an accredited four-year, two-year, nursing, dental, or medical school in the United States who will still be a student for the applicable periods of the award may apply. One can win more than one award, so please apply for all applicable awards. The qualifying students are awarded based on a combination of academic excellence and their essays.

Kaiser Permanente Northwest founded the Health Care Career Scholarship Program in 2008 to help students in Oregon and Southwest Washington achieve their dreams of becoming health care professionals. Since then, Kaiser Permanente has awarded more than $5.2 million in scholarships in the Northwest. (How to apply is not clear from the site, but it is probably worth looking at to see if it has been updated.)

Great opportunities are unlocked when students pursue a career as a dental assistant (DA), but many can’t afford the cost of school. That’s why we created the Dr. Carolyn Ghazal Dental Assistant Scholarship.

SixSurgery awards a $1,000 scholarship to one deserving student who has demonstrated leadership in medical or health related fields. A winner will be selected according to their academic achievements, and their submission of a short essay or video presentation.

Swedish has established the Swedish Doula Diversity Scholarship. The scholarship supports the development and entry of more doulas of color, LBGTQ doulas, and doulas from other underrepresented groups into the doula profession.
